With traditional data tracking systems, a heavy emphasis is placed on regulatory guidelines which shifts the focus of the direct care providers to that of compliance. This shift causes a break in the flow of quality care and leaves the clients with impersonal care and creates fragmentation in the system.
TMP streamlines regulatory compliance by helping to automate the quality assurance processes. In turn this improves the reporting accuracy of direct care providers and increases overall efficiency. TMP is an awesome service for IDD providers of waiver services and ICF services! As someone who has used the service as both a provider and now as a consultant, I can’t imagine providing some of my “off-site” services to providers without it. I can provide Quality Assurance, Survey Prep, Billing Audit Prep, Training and even LON packet increases, for providers using TMP services, without even being on site!
Larry Hill and his TMP team have done a wonderful job of making this system extremely user friendly. The IT support and feedback to questions and/or suggestions from providers is always timely. TMP allows you to access information and monitor activity for your program from wherever you are and whenever you want in an incredibly secure manner!
The great thing about TMP is that I can access records from anywhere, I can pull specific reports for doctors or other providers without having to pull full charts. With having it all centralized I can monitor my program in all the counties we serve.
The TMP Program is great. The communication between the Direct Care Staff, the QIDP (QDDP,QMRP)/Care Coordinator, and the Nurses has improved greatly since we began using TMP. The staff is able to receive and send messages directly to other staff members as needed. The narrative program is very user friendly. Also, the turn-around time on paperwork is amazing. There is no waiting on paperwork if it is incorrect. The Nurses and/or the Care Coordinator/QIDP (QDDP, QMRP) are able to view all paperwork daily, request that information be corrected if need be, and then have the corrected form back to them in less than a day.
Customer Service is awesome! They have been receptive to any changes that we have suggested, will fix anything that we have done wrong, and are great about responding to our calls or emails.
If you are able to turn on a computer, then you will be able to use this program without any problems.
During our first four months with TMP, we achieved a sizable increase in our HCS Nursing billing, compared to our billings using our previous electronic documentation system.
