Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to develop their career in SaaS sales.

As a BDR at TMP, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities by engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and setting the stage for meaningful sales conversations. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, helping to introduce them to the value of our solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach – Identify, research, and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
  • Qualifying Leads – Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and fit for our solution before passing them to the sales team.
  • Managing Pipeline & CRM– Keep accurate records of outreach, lead status, and customer interactions in our CRM
  • Collaboration & Strategy – Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and contribute insights for campaign development.
  • Continuous Learning & Growth – Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to enhance your effectiveness in the role.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position focused on managing and expanding our SMB to Mid-Market (MM) accounts. As an Account Executive at TMP, you will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to engage prospects, close deals, and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for SMB to Mid-Market clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach efforts and improve conversion rates
  • Present and demo TMP’s platform, highlighting its impact on operational efficiency and financial outcomes for IDD providers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic pipeline management and effective negotiations
  • Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively

Who you are:

  • A highly motivated sales professional with a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experienced in SaaS sales, healthcare technology, or IDD-related industries (preferred but not required)
  • Strong relationship builder who thrives in a consultative sales environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value effectively
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Driven to make an impact in an industry that serves vulnerable populations
